One-week live course

We start with a demo at your company. Then we onboard your employees onto our learning platform and teach a live week together.

How it works

From a first message to a trained team

  1. You get in touch

    Send the form below. We reply personally and suggest a time to talk.

  2. A demo at your company

    We come to your office in Berlin, or meet online, and show what AI does with your team's kind of work.

  3. We onboard your employees

    Everyone gets access to our learning platform, and we teach the session or course live.

  4. Attendance record

    Each participant receives an attendance record, so you have on file who was trained, and when.

Questions

Good to know before you write

On site or online?

Both. We teach at your company in Berlin, or live online if your team is elsewhere. The two also combine well: the demo in person, the course online.

How large can the group be?

Anything from a few people to a whole department. Tell us your team size in the form and we will suggest how to split it into groups, so that everyone can follow and ask questions.

Which AI tools do you use?

The ones you already use: ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot. If your company allows only certain tools, we teach with those. Every prompt in AI at Work works in both ChatGPT and Claude.

What about data protection?

Safe use of company data is part of every format: what can go into an AI tool, what should not, and which settings to check first. We do not need access to your systems. Where people practise on their own files, they do so in the tools your company has approved.

Which language do you teach in?

English or German, whichever suits your team.
